Our Story
Manson and Laura Peppers founded our company in 1977 in the state of Alaska. During the initial years of our company’s existence, we began to specialize in building high-quality custom Post and Beam homes. We brought the invaluable experience that we acquired with us to Georgia when the company relocated in 1984. We quickly developed a reputation as one of the best custom home builders in North GA.
In 1993, our company became an authorized Lindal Cedar Homes dealer. We continue to serve as a leading Lindal Cedar Homes dealer for the Southeast and are the only residential general contractor in the state of Georgia to offer a lifetime structural warranty on every Lindal Home that we build.
Today, our company is in its second generation. Justin Peppers, the founders' son, has expanded the company into other markets such as commercial and light industrial. But our passion and main focus continues to be building the highest quality custom homes in North Georgia.
